If at the time of preparing your purchase we do not have the requested product because there is no stock of it or because we consider that the product is not in conditions for sale, we will contact you by email and we will reimburse you for any amount that may have been paid in concept of amount.

6. PURCHASE AND / OR ACQUISITION PROCESS

To make any purchase at www.casajungla.shop, you must follow the online purchase procedure, during which several products can be selected and added to the cart, and finally, click on  "to pay". You must fill in and check the information that is requested in each step, although during the purchase process, before making the payment, you can modify the purchase details. After the purchase process, the customer will receive a confirmation by email (the "Order Confirmation"). It is essential that during the purchase process the customer indicates an email or a phone number. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours from the completion of the order, please contact us. Likewise, you will be informed by email when your purchase is being shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation").
Keep in mind that the Shipping Confirmation will be sent to you within a maximum period of 24 hours when the order is placed from Monday to Friday (Friday before 5:00 p.m.)  and within a maximum period of 72 hours when the order is placed on Friday after 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays. If in this period you have not received the confirmation, please contact us.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

8. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, this will be indicated. Shipping costs are calculated for Peninsular Spain and range between € 5-10 (excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
In no case will the Website add additional costs to the price of a product automatically, but only those that you have selected and chosen voluntarily and freely.
Prices may change at any time, in this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. However, possible changes will not affect orders or purchases already confirmed.

9. FORMS OF PAYMENT

The accepted means of payment are: PayPal and Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit or debit card for all our online products.
Suelen.org  does not receive or store your debit or credit card details. All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. All data sent to and from merchants and customers is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. By clicking on "pay" you are confirming that the bank card is yours. Bank cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.

10. DELIVERY FORMS AND DEADLINES

Delivery method: via courier company
Delivery times: Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send the purchase order consisting of the product / s listed in each Shipment Confirmation at the address indicated by the client in the buying process. We guarantee the delivery of the order within a period of 1 or 2 working days depending on the origin destination from the date of the Shipment Confirmation.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that shipments are delivered from Monday to Friday. For now we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquire material possession of the products, which will be credited by signing upon receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

11. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If it is impossible to deliver the order due to your absence on the first attempt, the dealer will try a second time in the next available shift.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract to be terminated. Please bear in mind that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, so we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs. 

12. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

12.1 Right of Withdrawal
According to what is established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

12.2 Returns and Claims
Returns are not accepted as the plants are perishable products.
In case you have had a problem with your order or want to make a claim for those products that have arrived damaged, you must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order at your home, to return the product for one new or refund its amount. To justify said return, you must send an email to casajunglashop@gmail.com attaching one or more photographs where the damage to the plant in question and the order number is evident.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of our Website and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Spanish legislation.
The resolution of any type of controversy, litigation or discrepancy that may arise between the user and ASOC. CULT. Suelen.org for the use of this website, will submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with current legislation.
